Returns & Refund

Since most of our neon signs are custom made, we only accept a return requests when:
item(s) arrived in a damaged state;
wrong item(s) are shipped.
We will not refund or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.
If the Goods arrive to you in a damaged state, you are required to notify the delivery agent and us (the Seller) within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photography or a video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void our obligations.
You shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 24 hours of delivery notify us (the Seller) in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.
You shall afford us an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If you fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the handmade nature of neon sign products, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some colors may also vary as a result from printer calibration or computer screen settings; however this shouldn’t be considered an error in production since these fluctuations make each item even more unique.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
